With a business degree and over a decade of success handling complex litigation, Adam leverages his skill, judgment, tact, and work ethic to forge and execute winning legal strategies in high-stakes litigation. He is often our clients’ first call in a crisis or when a dispute erupts.
The disputes he has handled have involved recovering millions of dollars from members of closely held companies, defending executives against misappropriation and breach of fiduciary duties claims, voiding post-employment non-compete and non-solicit obligations, and obtaining injunctions to stop unlawful conduct on an emergency basis, among a numerous other employment and business disputes.
