George concentrates his practice in property tax appeals and incentives, in addition to representing a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout Illinois.
George has successfully advocated for clients ranging from small business owners, real estate holding companies, real estate investment managers and Fortune 500 companies before the Cook County Assessor’s Office, Cook County Board of Review, various local Assessor’s Offices and County Boards of Review, the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and the Circuit Court of Cook County.
George regularly advises clients on acquisitions and developments by providing opinions on future taxes and potential tax incentives. Likewise, George routinely provides property tax forecasts for budgeting purposes to clients.
